Anomaly ANM002 - Parallel Vibes EP - Parallel Universe / Badman Vibes

Australia’s first Jungle Tekno label, ‘ANOMALY’ is proud to present the release of their second EP – the PARALLEL VIBES EP! Based on the success of their debut EP, this new EP sees “Kranky & Lethal” joined by the label’s newest artist “Requiem” to bring you two killer Jungle Tekno tunes which are set to tear up the dancefloor.

ANM002-A: Kranky & Lethal – Parallel Universe

Kranky & Lethal’s latest track, ‘Parallel Universe’ is quite simply a punchy, haunting and energetic trip into another reality. Combining slamming kicks, rolling modern drum breaks, tearing hoovers, rave stabs, a heavy bassline and eerie vocals, this track will cause carnage on any dancefloor and transport audiences to an alternate world.

ANM002-B: Requiem – Badman Vibes

Recapturing the Jungle vibe, Requiem’s first track on the Anomaly label, ‘Badman Vibes’ is set to cause a stir for both old and new audiences. Bringing together tough drum breaks, sinister sounding synths, heavy hitting sub-bass, atmospheric strings, and an old skool jungle vibe, this tune is nothing short of a big bad and heavy dancefloor monster – proving Requiem is indeed a 21st century badman.

In a recent interview over at oldskoolreview.co.uk, Tango has confirmed that Kranky & Lethal will be remixing a tune for Tango & Ratty’s new J-Tek label ‘Steel Fingers’, and he will be remixing their tune ‘Reflection’ for Anomaly:

“Yeah, we’re doing a remix swap with Kranky & Lethal from Australia soon – they’re doing ‘Concrete Steps’ and I’m going to remix a track they’ve just released called ‘Reflection’. They’ve definitely got some production skills going on – ones to look out for I reckon…”
